Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager in FoodRazor, your main responsibility will be to help reach the company's Series A goal by building the FoodRazor customer base. This includes developing, executing and overseeing the overall sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. You should show strong leadership skills in coaching, guiding and motivating a team while achieving ambitious sales targets. You will work closely with the CEO to conceptualize and drive sales efforts to establish FoodRazor as the market leader in Singapore and other strategic markets.

Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the care and management of the existing customer base. As the main point of contact between the customers and FoodRazor, you will both be the voice of the customer internally as well as protect the company’s interests with the customers. This role requires close interaction with the management team and development team to help convey customers’ needs and feedback into tasks for the tech team to work on.

Growth Marketer

As a Growth Marketer in FoodRazor, your mission is to build our brand and get F&B business owners worldwide excited about getting on our platform. You will help to drive traffic through our website and help generate leads with an omnichannel approach including digital advertising, SEO optimization, community engagement, and content marketing. Your typical day might include optimizing the latest Google ads campaign, writing a press release to promote the launch of a new partnership, and setting up a new webinar to educate the F&B industry about the benefits of using digital tools. You will work closely with the CEO and sales team to conceptualize and drive lead-generating efforts to establish FoodRazor as the market leader in Singapore and other strategic markets.

Web UI Developer Intern

FoodRazor is looking for proactive hustlers who can help grow our business towards its Series A goal. In this role, you will also be supporting the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to find ways to innovate and streamline operations. You will also be helping top management with strategic projects, such as planning for new market entry or fundraising. This role is ideal for anyone wanting to get a 360 experience of how a small tech startup works, while at the same time supporting SMEs in Singapore to develop in their digital transformation.

Software Development Intern

FoodRazor is looking for an intern who can support our tech team streamline the development process. The intern will help to develop and run our testing environment for new versions of the product, support with bug fixing, and help to develop and roll out new features and enhancements.
