How a Spanish Tapas Bar with multiple outlets saves 2-3 hours daily by eliminating manual data entry

Chef partners Maria Sevillano and Edward Esmero created a space full of classic Spanish details all derived from the Spanish saying, "Mi Casa es Su Casa," which also means "My house is your house".

In order to source for ingredients, My Little Tapas Bar relied on their Sous Chef to manually make the orders over phone calls or messages. Meanwhile, their restaurant manager had to process individual invoices via manual data entry. This entire process took up a lot of valuable time for both parties, that could otherwise have been spent in more productive ways.

After integrating FoodRazor into their restaurant operations, My Little Tapas Bar no longer has to worry about the inconvenience of having to manage multiple channels for creating orders or have any miscommunication with suppliers. FoodRazor streamlined this process into a single platform and simplified matters. Orders can now be done in one place with all the product items already entered into the FoodRazor system. All that's left to do is to simply select the supplier and quantity of items and a straightforward order is created and sent.

FoodRazor saves me a lot of time because I can get all the items I need on the platform. All the supplier and product lists are there. It also clarifies any misunderstandings, because there is a record rather than just verbal confirmation like in the past.
