No. We have customers who order in any and every way, from WhatsApp and SMS to email and over the phone. All the team needs to do is snap a picture of the invoice from their phone, and we’ll extract all the data, create the order history, and push the details to the accounting integration.
10. How do the accounting integrations work?
We create draft bills to pay or expenses in the accounting software, map the line items to specific charts of account (based on Supplier, Product, or Product Group rules that you set up), and then attach the invoice picture for record keeping.

11. Can you still help if I’m using MYOB, Sage, Net Suite, or any other accounting software?
While you won’t fully enjoy the benefits of Foodrazor we do have structured CSV exports and we’re happy to make you a custom Google Sheet App to convert our standard format into whatever you need to upload into your accounting system. Our CEO’s personal best for an export - conver - import into MYOB is 47 seconds.
12. What if I don’t want line-item detail in my accounting software?
We get it, if you’ve just been creating one line for each supplier invoice or one invoice per month per supplier and you don’t want to change, that’s okay too. We have easily accessible reports in Foodrazor that will give you the total spend by supplier over any date range or you can download the month’s history via CSV and put your Excel skills to work.
13. Does the outlet need to upload the invoices or can we do it on their behalf?
You can upload on behalf of the outlets.
14. I have a lot of restaurants that I do the books for, is it easy to switch between accounts?
It is! We’ve thought long and hard about getting that right. It’s just three clicks to switch between different organizations and just two clicks to switch between outlets in the same organization.
